Virtual sales person is top performer
Seradex, a provider of enterprise resource planning software solutions, needed a compelling way to differentiate themselves from competitors. Their end-to-end order stream management solution had distinct advantages over competitors’ and had even won Seradex awards. But because ERP software requires some in-depth explanation, these advantages weren’t registering as they should, especially with prospects visiting the company website.
We suggested putting a virtual salesperson on the website to communicate the message. We would normally make use of professional actors, but Holly, a member of Seradex’s marketing team, was so compelling in front of a camera that we shot the videos with her instead.
We worked with Seradex to get the video scripts just right. Then we used graphics and animation to help visualize what Holly was saying and made the video experience interactive: the user is able to click right to the part that speaks to them.
It’s easy to use and quick to load. Now prospects that probably wouldn’t have taken the time to read are sticking around to watch the video.
